The 3-Day Soup Cleanse: Eat as Much as You Want to Boost The Immune System and Digestion


Our bodies need an occasional detox cleanse. After all, it can boost various bodily functions and remove the accumulated toxins and waste from the system. Moreover, it can strengthen the immune system and improve digestion.
If you choose this particular soup detox to cleanse your body, you might boost the liver functions, kidneys, skin, gut, and lymphatic system. This healthy soup cleanse is both nutritious and tasty.

To get all the benefits this soup can offer, you can eat five or even six bowls of soup every day.

By drinking a lot of water and eating soup, your body will stay hydrated at all times, and it may easily flush out all the toxins and accumulated waste.

Soup Detox Recipe
Here is what you will need to make a delicious soup.

Recommended Ingredients
bone/vegetable/miso broth
starchy vegetables (acorn squash, beets, parsnips, potatoes, etc.)
fibrous vegetables (leeks, kale, carrots, zucchini, onions, spinach,  etc.)
proteins (nuts, lentils, beans)
spices (cumin, ginger, cinnamon, garlic, etc.)
optional: olive oil, coconut, oil, or avocado oil, etc.

1. Ginger and Carrot Soup

Here is how you can make this delicious soup.

Ingredients
one cup of coconut milk
six cups of bone or vegetable broth
two chopped onions
three chopped garlic cloves
two tablespoons of coconut oil
three tablespoons of freshly grated ginger
two lbs of chopped carrots
salt and pepper to taste
two tablespoons of collagen
Instructions
In a pot add the broth,  garlic, carrots, and ginger. Bring the pot to a boil and let it simmer. In a different pan, add the coconut oil and onions and cook until they get a browny caramel – like look.

Add the cooked onions to the broth and mix with a spoon. Lastly, add the coconut milk, and spices. Cook until the carrots and ginger become soft.

2. Red Lentil Soup

For this delicious lentil soup you’ll need the following:

Ingredients
a quarter cup of ghee, coconut oil or olive oil
half a teaspoon of chili powder
an inch of minced ginger root
four and a half cups of vegetable broth (you can also use bone broth)
half a cup of red lentils
one chopped onion
half a teaspoon of paprika
salt and pepper to taste
two chopped carrots
one chopped apple
half a teaspoon of ground cumin
(optional) Coconut cream
two chopped sweet potatoes
Instructions
On medium heat cook the coconut oil in a pot and add the onions, carrots, apple, and potatoes. After cooking them from ten to fifteen minutes add the lentils, broth, cumin, ginger, chili, and paprika to the soup.

Bring the soup to a boil and let it simmer for half an hour or until it thickens.

When it is ready to add the coconut cream.

3. Broccoli Soup


For this delicious soup you will need the following:

Ingredients
two and a half cups of broccoli
freshly squeezed lemon juice of half a lemon
three chopped celery stalks
one chopped onion
two chopped carrots
two tablespoons of coconut oil
half a teaspoon of salt
two cups of bone or vegetable broth
one cup of kale or spinach
Instructions
Heat a pot and add the oil, celery, broccoli, and onion. Let them cook for about five minutes before adding the broth and the rest of the ingredients.

Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for five minutes or until it becomes thicker.
